I joined the amazing Red Fish Team in 2024 as the Admin Assistant.I enjoy my role because it's varied—no two days are the same, which keeps things interesting.
Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors with my two busy golden retrievers, exploring the local area on walks and little adventures. On weekends, you’ll usually find me at the side of a football pitch, cheering on my energetic kids who keep my life lively and full on!
Hi My Name is Charlotte and I joined Redfish in June 2025 as a Bookkeeper and Payroll Clerk. Prior to Joining a friendly forward thinking team I worked in the Insurance and Innovation network sector as well as earlier experience in the equestrian industry. I've always had a passion for finance and keeping things running smoothly. I really value Redfish's approach of being reliable, friendly and high-quality services to our clients. Outside of work, I like to keep active. Playing netball in the Met and Surrey leagues, running half marathons, Dog walks with my 2 Labradors and horse riding.
I joined the Red Fish team in April 2025 as a Trainee Accountant, bringing a varied background from roles in both industry and practice. I am currently focused on my studies to become a fully qualified ACCA accountant. My work centres on completing year-end accounts and self-assessments. I enjoy the detailed, methodical process of piecing together a full year of activity to create a clear and accurate financial story for our clients. When I’m not at my desk, my downtime is spent staying active. You'll either find me tackling a new problem at the bouldering gym or out on the course for a round of golf.
I joined the Red Fish team in March 2025, bringing a background in both audit and accounts preparation, with a particular focus on technical accounting matters. I achieved my ACA qualification in August 2022 at just 22 years of age. I enjoy getting to know our clients and their businesses, and I’m committed to delivering a high-quality, efficient service that helps meeting compliance and other requirements as smoothly as possible. Outside of work, you’ll often find me on the tennis court or in the gym—unless I’m spending time with my family. I also hold a season ticket with the mighty Worthing FC.
A true Horshamite at heart, I have spent my entire life in this beautiful district and wouldn’t have it any other way.
During my college years, I pursued my passion for animals by studying Animal Care at Brinsbury, while also gaining valuable experience at Pets at Home.
This led to a career in the busy throes of retail management until my son was born. In 2017 my journey took a new direction when I joined Red Fish, stepping into the world of bookkeeping with enthusiasm, something not entirely surprising given my family’s accounting background. Amidst the pandemic, my husband and I were blessed with our daughter, who now brings joy and excitement to my days with her love for visits to the local farm.
When not completing mum duties, I indulge in my love for the theatre, always planning ahead for the next show to see. I’m very lucky to live near long suffering friends and lots of family – they are my happy place and I fill my calendar with seeing them for a cuppa, piece of cake and a good old catch up.
In January 2020, I became a part of the Red Fish team as a trainee with minimal bookkeeping experience and dived headfirst into my AAT qualification.
I enjoy engaging in Excel work and employing my problem-solving skills to their full potential. I thrive at addressing client queries with precision and professionalism, while ensuring a personalised and seamless experience for our valued clientele.
When I’m not geeking out over numbers, you can catch me being a total sports maniac. I may not be the next Ronaldo, but I know how to have a ball playing Volleyball and Football. I’ve caught the wanderlust bug! My mission? To explore the magical lands of Europe, one country at a time. You better believe it – I’ll be the most well-traveled bookkeeper out there!
The adventures are just getting started, and this bookkeeping maverick is ready to take on the world – one spreadsheet and country at a time!
Hello, I’m Emily, and I’m on an exciting journey to build a career in accounting.
Joining this company in September 2021, I had no prior experience in the accounting field, but I was eager to learn and grow.
Currently, I am studying towards my AAT qualifications, working hard to gain the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the world of finance. This opportunity has been a stepping stone towards achieving my professional aspirations.
When I’m not diving into numbers or studying, you’ll likely find me spending time outdoors, going for long walks is my go-to way of unwinding. On other occasions, you might catch me at the gym.
With a love of haggis, thistles and Deacon Blue, I was born & raised in Bonnie Scotland!
When life as we knew it threw us a curve ball, we headed for the warmer climes of Doha. After a few years in the Middle East(and too much sun), we began our next chapter in a cooler and greener, West Sussex.
I initially started my accounting journey in 2003. Playing a vital role in maintaining the financial health and integrity within various business sectors, including restaurants, retail, tech, veterinarian and consulting. Having previously worked mainly within Industry accounting, I transitioned to Practice in 2019 and joined the fantastic Red Fish Accountancy team in July 2020.
I am a fervent fan of music, theatre & gigs, from Ed Sheeran, to Elbow, to David Guetta. Can often be found running around a field(or giant sand pit) with my crazy sprocker Ruby; or doing what mum’s do best… aka a personal taxi driver to my doting offspring.
Hi, my name is James Ramsden but most people call me Jim and I am from the North, but don’t hold that against me.
I am one of the bookkeepers with Red Fish Accountancy having spent many years working in Industry using SAGE Line 50, QuickBooks, Agresso amongst others.
I am part ACCA qualified and whilst taking a break from accountancy became a fully qualified Primary School Teacher having gone off to University in 2009 studying a BA (Hons) in Primary Education. Every day is a school day. My experience has been gained working in industry for a Domiciliary Care Company, Hotel, Greeting Card Manufacturer, Scaffolding Company, University and a Historical Souvenir and Gift Company.
Most of my pastimes revolved around my 4 children but now, as they are grown up, I find myself looking for other things to do along with the usual DIY chores that come along. I have played Sunday league, been a youth football coach and also a Cub Scout Leader. I achieved a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do at the young age of 45, although I no longer practice and am also am Army Veteran of 9 years, having served around the world. Don’t ask me what I did as I will have to kill you, lol.
Working for Red Fish and working remotely has been a great move for me. The team we have is brilliant and they have a vast amount of experience and are always on hand to offer guidance and support.
I’m a border collie from Scotland. My dog-parents spend all day running round herding up sheep which sounds like great fun, but I get to go and do dog agility and also go to the pub with my owners. When I’m in the office I make sure there aren’t any intruders, and I’m very good at taking bites out of any post that comes through the door.
Woof!
